Hey, everyone, welcome to the Mentally Chill podcast.

0:05.7

It's your slacker, your disappointer, your host, Kristen Carney.

0:10.3

I am really sorry I didn't have a show out last week.

0:13.3

I was really disappointed that I didn't.

0:15.5

And I didn't because a relative died.

0:17.9

Just kidding.

0:18.4

I would never use that as an excuse.

0:23.2

That would be my luck is if I use the excuse, a relative died. Just kidding. I would never use that as an excuse. That would be my luck is if I use the excuse a relative died, they would definitely die a week later. So I could never use that kind of excuse.

1:03.7

1:09.4

heavy the weight has been for my entire

1:11.6

life. And I've lived a week now pretty much without the weight, maybe like a five-pounder,

1:16.4

rather than the big dumbbell on my shoulders. So if you guys are hard on yourself, I think this

1:22.3

episode is a good reminder to stop being so hard on yourself. And actually there is a book series that I want to tell

1:29.8

you guys about that's looking for funding on Kickstarter called Venus and Her Fly Trip. It's a book series
