Welcome back everybody to The Incomparable.

I am your host, Jason Snell, and in this episode we have reconvened for a special holiday gathering, our ape club. No, there hasn't been a new ape movie released,

but this year, in the year 2024, our podcast walked through four different modern Planet

of the Apes movies with this team of apes.

And you know what I decided to do for the holidays?

We talked about this when we recorded our last episode.

Maybe we'd get the band back together for a festive look back at a classic in terms of age,

Planet of the Apes film.

And so we have this episode is going to be a fun romp through 1972's conquest of the planet of the apes.
