| 1:29.8 | jaw, the crease between your eyes, and if you're breathing slowly and intentionally, you're doing it right. |
| 1:45.2 | And become aware of how near God is to you. He's as near as your breath. He gave you the breath of life. |
| 2:05.9 | You are holding a gift inside of you, receiving and giving the gift all day long. So with your breath, |
| 2:24.4 | enter his presence. In a more intentional way, right now, he's with us all day long. The question is |
