Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Mormon Stories Podcast. I'm your host John Dillin and I'm joined by my brilliant co-host.

Oh, you flatter me. Margie Dillin nice to see you everyone.

And it is currently May 2nd 2017 and we are really excited for today's topic. Today's topic is Healthy Marriage.

We're going to do this as a two-part series. This is part one of the series and we're really thrilled to have with us Natasha Helfer Parker who will introduce in just a second.

But before we introduce Natasha, we as always have a few announcements.

Before we begin, I want to welcome all those who are joining us through Facebook Live. We've got over 50 people.

And today we've got like five principles we want to cover, but we also want to do a lot of practical questions.

So please start now posting any questions you have about healthy marriages and specifically within a within a religious transition context.

And what we're going to do is we're going to do our best to weave them in.

So really quick, just a few announcements.

Things are going well. Things are going great with the open stories, foundation. We had our best quarter ever in terms of downloads.

Really happy about that. A huge part of that is having Amy Grubbs and Cody Layton helping us out.

So your donations support our staff and operations. And then that helps us do more episodes, release more content, hold more events and help more people.

Things have gone great for the first quarter. I want to thank everyone for their help with that.

Really quickly we have several really exciting events.

We are going to be at four columns Colorado, May 4 through 5th. I think registrations closed on that, but we're really excited that we're full.
