And I personally tend to kind of like vacillate between different approaches, one being that we should give ourselves grace right now and it's okay to eat our feelings sometimes and I've been pretty lax about dietary restrictions which I talk about in this episode and then I also think of course a good diet can help keep us healthy and keep our bodies in fighting shape
