So if you've been listening recently, you know that we've been covering the case that's commonly called the West Memphis 3.

And to us, of course, those three are Chris Byers, Stevie Branch, and Michael Moore, who were three eight-year-old boys who were tragically and senselessly murdered in 1993.

But today, we're going to hit pause on talking about that case, but we are going to talk about a topic that came up while we were, well, Jim and Laura were profiling the case last episode.

And that is the subject of children who are abducted and killed, because they know a lot about this.

And I think you've asked me what are the most heartbreaking cases they've ever worked on, and I would guess that those cases are the most heartbreaking.

Well, I will agree that those are the most heartbreaking cases that I've worked in my career. The hardest thing in the world is to have to inform parents or family members that their child has been abducted and killed.
