Hello, everyone and welcome to Impossible to Say. My name is Emily Proctor. And my name is Kat Wellington. We missed our week and we're so happy to be back. Yeah. How are, how are you feeling, Kat? I thought my spirits were going to be really low, but honestly, Emily and I were gossiping

before, so it makes me feel better now.

But I have had, I mean, to say like the worst past couple of days of my life would be dramatic,

but like some of the, at least like most anxiety-inducing horrible,, just awful days the past couple days.

Probably some of the worst or the worst travel experience you've ever had, I'd imagine.

Oh, by far. Okay. I'm going to explain it really quickly so we can get it out of the way because I

want to just explain this to you guys because I have to tell someone. And like no one actually

cares to listen. Like this is like something that like, oh, I I told my entire office by the way.

But it's like what is anyone to say to it? Everyone's just like, sorry. Like my dad literally responded like first world problems like just sit like I'm like and that made me spiral as well right okay so

basically I wake up at 3 30 a.m. in Barcelona I go over to the taxi to the airport whatever take my

first flight to Amsterdam which keep in mind I'd already been in Amsterdam so back to Amsterdam

and then I miss my connection to my So back to Amsterdam. And then I miss my connection

to my flight back to L.A. I was only supposed to have one layover and it was supposed to be less than,

like it was supposed to be an hour. And our flight got delayed. And I didn't know until I got on the

plane. They announced like, hey, we're not going to be leaving for like an hour. And I'm like, great. So I already know that I'm going to miss it. And then on the plane when we landed, they were like, oh, by the way,

the flight to L.A. completely got canceled. So I'm like, oh, perfect. So it was canceled anyway.

So then no explanation. Like the weather was bad, but like just delay it then so then i have to go to the desk at klem and i get

in this queue like i have a number a paper with a number on it and it said like 20 minutes and i was

waiting for like over an hour and it's just mobbed at this point and there's only two desks two

ladies working and basically the other lady who is like working the queue system, she told me to just book my own flight and then file a claim.

So like with another airline, because there was no more flights with that airline that day anyway.

So they were going to book me with another airline.
