Okay, so another way that food service is different from retail, keep in mind that every

time you sell into a food service operator, they are literally changing their menu to use your

product. So if you have a core item in their menu, whether that's a chicken sandwich or a ranch

dressing or their burger or their milkshake.

If you have a short, if you have an out-of-stock in supply chain, eventually you will affect their

menu and they're going to have to change their menu because they can't get your product.
