What's up everybody, welcome to this week's episode of the Just Say and Podcast.

I'm your host Justin Martin Dale and summer is that bitch.

It is officially hot everywhere.

I got a notification today that said, as the world bakes, which is not a soap opera on

the food network, it is literally so hot.

The Middle East has hit I think 150 degrees, which I don't even know if that's possible,

but that's what it said.

And yeah, we have record temperatures all over the place.

And if you thought people were crazy before summer, there even a lot crazier now.

People are just doing whatever they feel like it on the way over here.

There was just people walking in the middle of the street.

I saw like a woman screaming and I'm like, uh, summer, it's here.

But we've got a fun filled, hopefully cool episode for you guys this week.

I just want to give a quick little update.

I have some dates coming up.

I will be in San Francisco, the 19th of July, which is tomorrow.

If you're there, I unfortunately will not be in Napa, California.

Or Irvine, California with Heather McDonald.

I just kind of needed a little bit of a break.

So I will not be at those shows.

I do have Montreal coming up.

If you're in Quebec, I will be there the 25th doing shows out there as well.
