0:10.6	And within about 15 minutes, he was not only smiling, but he was laughing.

0:27.4	For like the last year, I've been really, really pissed off all the time and I came to,
0:36.3	I keep asking myself, why am I so mad? Why am I so mad? Why am I so
0:40.5	mad? Then I get mad. You get mad at it because you keep asking yourself why you're
0:46.8	because an answer never comes. I'm mad at everything. I'm mad because I got off work early. I'm
0:52.5	mad because I got off work early. I'm mad because someone got loud. I'm mad because I got off work early. I'm mad because I had to work late. I'm mad because someone got loud. I'm mad because someone was silent. I'm mad because I'm in a hurry.
0:59.0	I'm mad because I'm not in a hurry. And everybody just seemed to be, sorry, an asshole.
1:06.0	And then this one time this guy said, you know, if you run into an asshole in the morning, then he probably
1:12.4	was an asshole. But if you run in assholes all day, you're probably the asshole. So, you keep
1:22.1	asking, what do you want to realize? And I wrote down, why am I so mad?
1:30.3	And then it came to me yesterday.
1:33.3	I'm mad at myself for always being the one who takes care of everybody else,
1:40.3	for being silent when they're loud.
1:43.3	I'm mad at myself because I take care of everyone except me.
1:49.0	I'm mad at myself because I sacrifice my health, my spirituality,
1:54.0	and just feeling loved because I have to be that rock for everyone else.
2:01.6	And just because I can carry the weight,
2:04.6	it doesn't mean it isn't fucking heavy.
