When they attended to the scene, the woman tells a story

of a man hitting her with the car. What shocked police the most was the reason for this incident.

The man wouldn't tell the woman where her eight-month-old daughter was. And if that wasn't a concern

enough, police were flawed when they discovered the baby had not been seen for an entire week.
