some questions and this week I'm going to do some more questions. So I am trying to balance it.

What I usually do is I write down your question or copy and paste it and then just start thinking through it and jotting down some thoughts and then if I need to do

some research and look up stuff and I'm just scanning this right now and there's just

so many different categories that we're going to dive into today. So without further ado, first question,
