have not. I mean, I've talked about this a good amount, but I think this is a really interesting

topic to cover. I have done so many experiments in my

life with my diet. And originally, that was because of my own chronic illnesses, trying to

heal my body. And then it just became a thing for me because I love to experiment. I'm

somebody who loves to try things on myself. I love to see how my body responds. So, and I've always

been like that. I will experiment with everything, my physical body, my business. Like, I'm just an

experimenter, even though I'm not a third line in human design. She's really enjoying this.

So I just think that the way that you know something's resonant for you and if it works for you is if you try it yourself,

because everybody is different and we've got to actually not just think about things, but try it

and see how our physical bodies respond. So I have tried a lot of different diets, first from that
