He asked why in our culture today where we have more conveniences and amenities than ever,

are we playing it so safe? and it was from this that I asked

the Ziegler audience in your job or business on a scale from one to ten how would you

rate yourself or playing it safe or totally going for the guessto and why. And let me tell you this we only had

two people rate themselves high as a ten and we had plenty of lower threes and fours. So I had

Neil join me to co-host this Q&A and as usual the comments and my

guests responses were just profound. You'll come away with I think a better understanding

of your own propensities and why you may be going after things

in one area of your life and not so much in others.

And he explains the very real role of cognitive entrenchment that we deal with. I resonated with that a lot. He also expounded on the

issue of following our passions and made this brilliant comment that flies in the

face of having work that's just all fun and play. He's at the point he's finding work that you love so much,

you'll endure the pain and punishment.
