So tell us a little bit about what you did with the Bart Mert team. Also, Dylan moved into my old stopping grounds in Deltona. Right, Dylan? Yeah. I actually got most of my information about Deltona from the old king of Deltona. Hey. You were working with the king? My God. I was like, what about that information? Wanted to make you move there? Well, you see. I didn't say it was an accurate information. I just got most of it from you back in the day. I'm just joking. Deltoa is fine. It's just a suburb of Florida. It is. And my house in Deltoeer was awesome. Anyway, so Dylan, how was your experience with Barton Crystal? Man, it was amazing. We went into it not knowing anything. At first time, homebuyers, we were on a, you know, truncated timetable, our old house. We were renting, and that fell fell through so we really only had you know a few

weeks to find a house wow yeah um got in there and being first time homebuyer so really not even

knowing where to start but uh it's amazingly scary when you've never purchased a home before like

i'm not like what i don't even have this much money yeah it, it's hard to... Yeah, it does seem like a scary process. I'll never have this much money. So they helped you find something, huh? Yeah, man. I think Bart was on vacation in the beginning, so we were dealing mostly with Crystal, but she walked us... You know, we found a first house that ended up having a bad roof,

so that fell through. And within three or four days, we had another house and a offer in,

and we had a lot of issues with our lender, and Crystal ended up contacting them directly and going back and forth

and kind of figuring out right at the deadline everything that we needed we would

have been you know kind of screwed without her so yeah well the pro will make a go that's the way

it works you know like you think i've seen it i've seen it happen i've seen it happen before where this

guy's not do it anything you get crystal on it it'll happen she'll solve the problem she solves

all my problems.

That's why I never mention it, but every problem I have, and there's a lot of them.
