Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 731. And in today's episode, we are talking about

even if you experience the imposter syndrome, how you are able to get a promotion, to get a race.

Now to me, that's pretty exciting. So on the one hand, we're saying,

I've got this limitation, but I've got this goal. And how can we bridge that goal by using

the unconscious mind to your advantage? Now, as a quick recap as to why that is important, is because I'm sure you want to excel in your

career. And even if it's not quite right for you in terms of like career, use it for any goal that

you have. There's going to be absolutely fundamental in your success in any endeavor.

So we have the goal that we have and desire because it's going to give

us something, right? So where it be wealth, abundance, achievement, fulfillment, security,

all of those things, we have this desire in our mind to have that promotion or to have that

salary increase.

And then we can talk about what imposter syndrome is.

It's really about the fear of failure, the fear of success, the fear of rejection,

the fear of not being enough, the fear of being found out, right?

Because just think about it.

You are maybe in a position of power and although we may have that

logical knowingness on paper for you got all the skills you went to university maybe or you did all the

hard work there's that small part or that big part which is saying what what if I get rejected? What if I look silly? What if I

fall over and fail? What if I mess up? What if I don't deserve to be in this position, let alone

the promotion or wavi of the salary increase? You see, I believe on the one hand you have that big

desire, consciously. But then on the other hand, we have the unconscious mind, which has been programmed,

has been hypnotized by people in your life, the situations that you've gone through, maybe your
