There will be people who do not believe you, who downright oppose you, who say you are not who you say you are. There will be people who, out of their own insecurities, will deny your gifts, roll their eyes at your talent, and question your motives.   How will you handle those who are disrespectful, dismissive, diminishing, and doubtful of who you are becoming? This is a big question. It can be a lot to wrap your head around as you choose a path of growth, power, and agency.   So YOU must know who you are and what you stand for.
