challenge for anyone these days and for young adults with ADHD or

ADHD that transitions especially difficult from choosing the right job to living on

one zone from managing finances to making friends.

Young adults face organizational and motivation problems that seem pretty overwhelming.

Our guest today is West Prenshaw, PhD.

He is a board certified psychologist based in the Greater Kansas City Area.

Since beginning practice in 1992, Dr. West has specialized in adolescent psychology.

He's worked with literally hundreds of teens, pre-teens, adults, and their parents.

He has extensive training in experience in

adolescent mood disorders and dating sexuality, attention deficit disorder,

school issues and behavior management. He is the author of a new book which I really want to

recommend to all of you called I always want to be where I'm not successful

living with ADD and ADHD. It was published in May. It's a practical book with advice for young adults

and their parents based around principles

for successful living, including making decisions,

taking responsibility, and lots more.
