Okay, so you guys, this episode is going to be a light one, like a funny one, because last week I feel like we had a really like, it was a good one, but it was serious.

And we're talking about anxiety and managing it.

And managing anxiety also means like having a lighthearted fun, laughing at yourself and at others.

And so I felt like the memes that we've been seeing from general conference in combination

with our topic today will hopefully make you guys a lot better and laugh and help your anxiety

because as Katie knows I have been bitching about my anxiety for the past like 40 minutes
