out okay okay good so hi everybody welcome back or if you're new here, welcome for the first time. Hey, I want to thank everybody who has been giving ratings and reviews. They get them Apple Podcasts, Spotify, everywhere. Fantastic. I love you. I do. It actually, I've not been feeling great this past week. As it turns out,

I stressed myself so much that I triggered my menstrual cycle, even though I'm on contraceptives,

hormonal contraceptives. And it has exacerbated and amplified ADHD symptoms, and I am struggling.

So it's been a bad, bad week for me.

And again, you're going to love this, right?

So again, the second time this has happened, a dude who was mad at me for providing factual information

about Winston Churchill, after I blocked him on Instagram, went over to our podcasts, gives me a

one-star review complaining about my Instagram and saying that I'm playing a character because apparently being a

historian and having coloured hair and being correct just doesn't work in his tiny little lizard brain.

Yeah. So if you haven't already rated and reviewed five stars, it would be so sweet and lovely if you

would do that. If you've heard of cracking, that was my rest. Oh, I don't know why it did that.

But yeah, I read the reviews and I get some really amazing ones, honestly. I was in the top, like,

30 in the spot of our charts this week. Like, what is that? Wow. And I was in the top, like, 30 in the Spotify charts this week. Like, what is that? Wow.

And I was in, I was in the top 50 for Apple Podcasts. This was really fun. I was not in the right place
