And we're going to talk today about three films, and probably more than three films in the roundabout conversation we'll have.

We're going to focus on three films.

Yes.

But this woman, Kate Blanchett, has made many films that deserve a ridiculous amount of films.

And, you know, when we were discussing this subject, we were trying to figure out a turkey to talk about,

and we had a hard time picking one.

Really, I don't think she's been in an absolute turkey.

She's been in some movies that aren't terribly good, misfired in some way, but no, no, out-and-out

bomb.

Yeah, nothing that you can just call a stinker.

Because even that movie that you probably think sucks, there's going to be somebody else who's like, no, that's one of her best films.

But so we didn't pick a quote-unquote bad movie, a turkey for her today.

And it's also a tribute to her, I would say, that, well, I always think it's a combination of good choices and good luck, you know, in an actress

career, because sometimes you make what seems like a good choice and things can go wrong.

Horrible wrong.

Right.

You pick a film because you like the people you're going to work with, and things just, you know,

don't turn out or don't pan out the way they ought to.
