and threw up just seeing it.

The rugged maniac, there should be a whole, like people over 40 should be allowed to do it separately

Right I was trying to keep up with first of all we're doing it with my 11 year old son who like he could have done it three times around.

It was very athletic. Yeah, yeah. And you know and you're just there with all these like young people who make it all look so easy and then you follow them and you're like I'm gonna do that too and you're like nope no I'm not so but we did it it was it was

really fun but it was also 96 degrees but like 110 heat factor whatever it was really hot out but anyway so I am exhausted today my

recovery I will be taking this whole week and napping and making up for all the

exhaustion of the rugged maniac. I'm just preparing you. So today we're talking to

Nick He and he wrote this book, Two Dads and Three Girls, and when I started following

him on Instagram I just I knew I had to read his book.

He is originally from China, born and raised in China in a very, very, very strict strict traditional upbringing that never really talked about sexuality.

So when he started to have ideas that maybe he was attracted to men, it was really scary to him.
