0:37.6	I've known him from the comedy world but we've become good friends.
0:41.4	Today Tom had some questions to ask me about life, the universe and everything.

0:58.5	Yeah just to be clear, I hope New York City is alive.
1:03.2	Even if it's not coming back the way it was, at least there's room for better decision-makers
1:10.3	in New York and look there's some bad signs and some good signs.
1:15.5	We don't know really what the financial situation will be like a year from now with so many
1:20.4	New Yorkers leaving so there'll be less taxes and we don't know how the crime situation
1:25.1	shaping up.
1:26.1	Certainly there's more crime but you're saying your landlord wants you to commit to another
1:31.5	year even though I think my landlord is investing in fixing up the building and I think
1:39.2	he wants to know if I'm staying or going.
1:41.2	Whereas for the last year he's been letting me go month to month.
