feel like you're losing like how do you recover i would say out of the ashes you will rise

but it don't feel like it when things aren't going well and i've seen people who have tremendous

outside or you know on the outside they look like they're winning but they're still depressed

they're still bummed i i talked to a dude who had more than $100 million in crypto,

and he's, you know, under 30 years old.

And he's like, dude, I'm depressed.

He feels like he's like missing something in life.

So, you know, it's one of those games.

I give you three things that I think

matter if you feel like whatever situation you're in, like you can't get out of it. Because I've

been there before. You know what I mean? I've been there multiple times in life. Number one,

try to turn off emotions. Emotions aren't always,

the model world is teaching you that emotions

are always your friend,

acknowledging your emotions is always the solution.

Not really.

We're built to repress some things.

The key thing is you can't repress everything, right?

So it's like a balancing game.

Sometimes you gotta be in touch with your feeling,
