It's a bonus episode though you know this is a period of time.

Chelsea basking in the glow of being not just champions of Europe but champions of the world

and you know Nick no branded today but he wishes he could be here

because we are catching up with some good friends and talking about something near and

dear to us and something we're super passionate about.

That is correct yeah this has been on the books for some time scheduling be damned but

we're going to make it happen here today. We're catching up with our friends at Commendal

and we're going to talk about not only what's been happening over the last six or seven months

since we spoke this summer but also you know given that it's Black History Month getting

updates on the anti-racist project which is you know the thing that we have kind of signed up to

to support so yeah very excited to get into it and introduce the new friends then.

Right well we uh for those who maybe remember our episode last year we did a Commendal we had

Lily and Evan join us and we talked about joining Commendal why it was important to us and

Evan is back which we're super excited but also a new friend as well as Kaya joining the team

at Commendal so welcome to both of you and Kaya welcome to the first cap on London is blue.
