| 0:11.0 | Thank you for your desire to sit at Jesus' feet with me. Let's begin by asking the Lord to unplug our spiritual ears. |
| 0:21.0 | So that we are ultra-sensitive to His voice and presence. Join me with a deep breath in through the nose and a deep breath out through the mouth. |
| 0:33.0 | And if you need to take some time here, maybe even hit that pause button and do this a few times, I welcome that. I encourage that deep breath in through the nose, deep breath out through the mouth. |
| 0:48.0 | Oh, Lord, we acknowledge that there's nothing to achieve here. God, there's no need to control or influence. |

| 1:18.0 | And we ask these things in your precious name, Jesus. Amen. |
| 1:24.0 | All right, I have a breath prayer to start us off. So wherever you are, if you are able to, I just want to encourage you to close your eyes, take a deep breath in, |
