Actually, kind of reminded me of O.A. a little bit.

You know, because it sounds like what he's put together is a real simple way of sort of

reaching, helping you reach mastery and your sort of enlightenment, I think he said enlightenment, too.

He's no slouch.

No, I mean, that's the thing.

I love talking these guys that have been around the block for decades.

I mean, he was a Zen Roshi, Tibetan Buddhist Lama,

Feng Shui master, astrologer, Shoto calligrapher, and Qigong Healer,

the author of Feng Shui, Art and Harmony of Placeer the author of feng shui art and harmony of place and really

realty feng shui but then also his uh his recent book there which is the uh spiral dragon

darmigate six key Tibetan practices for enlightenment yeah it's uh it's pretty interesting and

i think i'm going to um actually i have the physical book here i'm

gonna probably practice some of that stuff as a meditation you know get it you're doing
