How many decades have you lived through?

I've gone through the 90s, the 2000s, and the 2010s.

So I'm talking about you were there at the beginning of the decade, remember it, hopefully

somewhat, and then you were there to ring in the next decade.

Because I've obviously lived through part of the 80s, and like you, I'm going through

part of the 2020s.

Maybe you've only been through one or two decades.

Maybe this is your first decade.

You're a very precocious listener of the Council of Trend Podcast.

Or perhaps you've been through six, seven, eight, nine decades.

If you have, you've probably noticed a lot of cultural changes along the way.

And so on today's episode of the podcast, I want to talk about the days each of these

respective decades died or ended, not chronologically.

I mean, we all know that, right?

It's nine years, 264 days into the decade.

I'm talking about specific cultural moments that marked or began a shift into the cultural

zeitgeist of the next decade.
