| 1:05.2 | listening to yourself, letting yourself listen to you. So we often, as moms, have to practice listening to our children, |
| 1:13.1 | right? Like practicing listening with patience, which is so hard and letting these kids take up |
| 1:18.6 | so much space with their voices and their needs. And we don't spend a lot of time giving |
| 1:25.0 | ourselves that same grace. And so I want to dig into this today. |

| 1:40.3 | uncomfortable for me because I'm someone who likes to make pretty quick decisions once I feel something or for the sake of getting something over with. And so sometimes I'm like, |

| 1:53.7 | that in the situation. I really sat in something for a while to continue to check my gut and also |
