| 1:01.0 | But this is the symptom of inner peace number four that I shared with the group coaching. |
| 1:07.0 | And it's entitled, a loss of interest in judging self. |
| 1:13.0 | And again, the author is unknown, but still very much appreciated. |
| 1:17.0 | So again, if you recall on episode 707, we took a look at the symptom of inner peace number three, |
| 1:27.0 | which was a loss of interest in judging others. |
| 1:33.0 | And so today we're looking at a loss of interest in judging self. |
| 1:38.0 | Wouldn't it be nice to no longer have an interest in judging yourself and being so hard on ourselves? |
| 1:46.0 | So I hope that now with the feeling of non-judgment toward others that we were working on before, |
| 1:54.0 | that we can transfer that same acceptance over to ourselves a little bit more easily. |
| 2:03.0 | And I have a quote here from Peter McWilliams who wrote a book called, |
| 2:07.0 | you don't have the luxury of a negative thought. I think that was the name of his book. |
| 2:12.0 | But anyway, this quote is, if you want peace, stop fighting. |
