Summary

Serenity Dennard was just 9 years old when she ran from the Black Hill's Children's Home in Rapid City, SD on February 3, 2019. Serenity was struggling and this home was her adoptive family’s hope for treatment. Serenity ran from the home, unaccompanied and has never been seen since.
