Back after too long an absence is Ros Taylor, research manager of the Truth Trust and Technology

Commission, the three T's. Hi Ros, welcome back to the show. Hello. There was a great

piece this week on LSE Brexit blogs which you edit which says that Brexit has unlocked

existential angst on both sides and leave us a suffering from it as badly as Remaniacs

which is good. Tell us what it discovered. Yeah this was by Christopher Browning an academic

at Warwick and he was basically saying that what has happened since the referendum is

that it has shaken up people's sense of security, of having a self identity and it has led

to a degree of existential angst really and it's particularly the case for people who

are very invested in Brexit, it was their use citizens or not living in the UK but ultimately

that has led to the creation of these badges of identity, levers and remainers and frankly

we're the ultimate expression of that as Remaniacs. It's in the name. Yeah so the reason

why levers are as miserable as we are is because they were already feeling shaken up by

the way things like austerity had disrupted their lives and now they feel cheated as

well. Yes I know it's hard to believe they feel cheated but they do because it's all

taking a long time. So the only happy people are the ones who aren't paying attention.
