Six kids under age eight that would have been fun to take them all to the liquor store, which I did sometimes and where that t-shirt that would have been fun. And you know what I might make that t-shirt for the two people who would actually buy it.

to be back on the road. And I'm sure it'll be fine. I'm sure nothing will go catastrophically wrong, you know, like has happened at every other. The last stand up comedy tour I did, I fell off the stage as I was heading out.

And then I posted on I was posting on Instagram that on the on actually it was also my last tour stop right before COVID. There was this big marquee, this big fancy theater. And I show up. And it says Julie full biler. So that was good. That was that was fun. No, it's fine. And who needs to get my name right. My fans knew. And, you know, maybe some new people. Maybe I got more people at that show who would have said, yeah, I don't want to see Jen

full wiler. I'm not not interested in that. But Julie, maybe, maybe, maybe I might actually be interested in that. So I'm sure that will all be fine. J F comedy tour dot com is where you go to get on the email list so that you will be the first to know.

We took a vacation. Shady came with us. We took a vacation. And this was, I want to, for those of you who have difficulty spending time with your loved ones.

Because it just never seems to happen. You never seem to get it on the calendar. I feel you. I know that it was the reason we did this mid week trip to a river is because it was the beginning of July.

And I said, we haven't done anything as, as a family, like we've done nothing. We've, we sat around this house all summer. And so then I said, okay, look, we can't fly anywhere. We can't do some epic vacation. Obviously, that's not going to happen.

So I'm just booking an Airbnb. I'm booking an Airbnb. I didn't even know which city there are a few day trip cities around here.

And I just kind of blindly booked one. It got good reviews. I got it on the calendar.

And, and then I really, and the main thing to do in the city that we finally chose is tubing. This is the thing in Texas. We've got our rivers and you go down the tube shoot and, and you tube.

But of course, because it's Texas, there is actual danger involved in this. I mean, that the tube shoot that you go down, for example, they don't let children under the age of five on the river because it's just, it's just dangerous.

And, and this tube shoot, I mean, you didn't even go down there, right? Yeah, they're major rapids. It's always a brush with death every time you go down.

And this is how we have fun in Texas. But I just want to encourage those of you. If you very often when it comes to spending time with our kids, we let, we let perfection be the enemy of good.

We, you know, because that that's why I hadn't done it yet, because I thought, well, maybe there would be a better city to go to and or maybe if maybe we should just stay in Austin, maybe we shouldn't we went to new Bronfels is the city we went to.

And I maybe we should stay here. And then another thing that happens is you have to coordinate with your spouse and your spouse has opinions and your kids have opinion. And let me just tell you, when you live in a house like mine, eight people living in our house.
