Her name is Lin Chen. And some of you may know her from the acting and entertainment world.

She's one of those people who's like been in everything and you'd recognize her face.

But some of you also might recognize her from the eating disorder recovery and body image world.

She's a body image activist and spokesperson for the National Eating Disorders Association.

And she also is a food writer. So she has a food blog where she sort of bridges her acting work

and her food and body image work. And it's called the actors diet. But it's not about a diet.

It's not like some kind of prescriptive BS. You know, it's it's like her thoughts on food and body

from the perspective of a working actor. And then she also has another blog. This is like a very

productive woman. She has another blog called Thick Dumbling Skin, which she co-runs with Lisa Lee.
