Obviously, Spencer and I don't want to make a full episode about this just because it is such a

hot topic but shouldn't be but it is it shouldn't be but it's heavy regardless yeah and it's

frustrating that it tragedy causes such an uproar between people and it's such a battle on social

media social media becomes very toxic and very heavy

spencer and i have talked kind of like all week about like just kind of staying offline and being

just kind of like disgusted with people with so many people and you know we've joked about it but

we've also like it's sad we've lost so many followers like personally

and then we've seen other people talk about how many they've lost and honestly it's like

I'm at the place and I know you are like I don't care because you know I feel like everyone

should protect their social media and their peace and whatever serves you I've really gotten down to the place of like if I, if my page doesn't give you what you need

or what you see or make you feel good, then you should unfollow me.
