Summary

IS THIS THE END FOR OUR HEROES?!

Matt, Paul and Quinns were last seen launching an expedition to get to the top of the Shut Up & Sit Down review stack. They talked about wanting to scale games like Mountaineers, A Tale of Pirates, The Climbers, the second edition of London and the Munchkin Collectible Card Game (which actually sounded... quite good?).

They were also talking about getting to the bottom of a thought-provoking reader mail. It's rumoured that it questioned whether pirating board games became an ethical grey area in some countries.

Today we found this recording. It's the only evidence we could find that they're still alive. Come home safe, boys.

I say we, mostly Quentin Paul have been really playing the hell out of the things. Quentin,

it's good enough to do a review where I walk around London. Wow. What a connection.

1:12.2

Right. And a guy project is Nash, Terra Mystica. Yes. Yeah. I've obviously dipped him for a bit of

1:17.6

Terra Mystica as an outsider anchor to be like, is, am I going insane? Is this game actually

1:24.6

as good as I remember? Yeah. Which I said, yes. Yeah. It's great. Yeah. You're an important part

1:29.8

of that review process. Meanwhile, Paul, yeah. What have you been playing? I've been playing

1:34.7

a whole bunch of things, including but not limited to the mountain is. I've just seen a theme

1:41.7

here. The mountain is the climbers and actually unrelated the Munchkin CCG. And I can't believe

1:47.4

that I'm going to talk about Munchkin game on this podcast. Matt, have you ever had the pleasure

1:51.7

of playing Munchkin? I haven't. I've seen it being played and I thought, I don't want to play

1:56.4

that. I think because I had, I had, I had, I had my experience with flux was, um, I'm

2:03.2

positive. Oh, it's yes. Not as terrible as flux. No, no, it's not. But it's still there's

2:08.2

something about the spirit of Munchkin that I can, I can completely understand why
