I have several interviews coming out.

I've actually been a little backlogged with interviews, so that's a good thing.

And I might have to release an extra episode.

I'm sure no one's going to complain because I have so many interviews, so many great

stories that I want to get out there sooner than later. But on today's episode, I received

a message from Danielle about her husband and his incredible story. I had no idea what to expect.

He had a near-death experience, if you want to call it that,

which inspired him to write a book.

We're going to talk about what happened to him.

We're going to talk about some medical trauma.

We're going to talk about the depression and emotional ramifications of this

event. Matthew has a lot of wonderful things to say, a lot of great insight and advice that really

inspired me, and I hope he inspires you too. So, Matthew, I got a message from your wife.

And she said that you had an incredible story.

And I had to reread her message twice before I was like, oh, my God, what's going on here?

So apparently you had a heart attack at age 40.

Cariac arrest. Yeah. So what was going on? I guess maybe should we start what was happening

before that? Sure, for sure. Over eight years ago, it was like November. And for anybody that is

walking around and feels like they have a

knife in their back, like somebody stabbed you and that knife is still stuck in your back,
