I've got some sort of healthy grains in my stomach that are loud so it could be this

the whole time you guys.

Well that's your problem for eating healthy grains.

It's Starbucks cookie like nobody's fed me.

Oh yeah and I did that too but I'm assuming it's the healthy stuff that's messing up my

stuff.

It's the healthy stuff that messed up your stomach.

Everybody talks about gut health.

I don't know about you guys.

There you have it from Dr. Chris and by the way did you guys see that that chef now I'm

not going to be able to talk about it with much intelligence but that chef sued McDonald's

for not disclosing what was actually in their in their food and he won and it was it's

pretty listen.

Nobody likes a quarter pounder more than me.

Honestly it's my sweet food that like my kids don't even like McDonald's.
