Now maybe you don't deal with this, but many people in the anxiety circles, people that

are struggling with too much stress and too much panic and all kinds of things that are

going on swirling in their heads are thinking that if they could just control the people

around them, they could actually feel more calm, more at ease, and could get through

the days a little bit better.

If so and so would just do what I suggest or say, I could relax and I could be okay.
