1:02.2	day for me at 21 years old. I found a deal on Facebook Marketplace for a zero turn that was
1:09.8	selling for $2,700.700. I messaged the guy as
1:14.0	soon as possible. I'm sure he got 40 other messages, but thankfully, he saw mine. And next thing
1:20.3	you know, I'm in the car, picked up the mower, stopped to power wash it, listed it. And then same
1:26.0	day, sold it for $3,600 in my pocket. I'd say
1:30.4	that was a pretty good day's work. Absolutely. No mechanical repairs needed. Just cleaned it up and
1:37.7	relisted it. Cleaned it up, took some nice pictures, did a little SEO on the title, the description,
1:43.7	and relisted it. And yeah,
1:45.8	very, very minimal work on my part. Interesting. So why was he letting it go for so much less
