I have a fanfave, a return guest, one of my best friends, Kelly Scott, back on the show with me today. We had literally just gotten back from a retreat that I was facilitating and Kelly was chefing because she chefs pretty much all of my retreats. And we're going to do a different episode,

but then we decided to just chat about retreats because I do get asked a lot of questions about

this like business-wise. And so we wanted to record an episode talking about our process

with kind of planning it, what it's like there, facilitating a space, all logistics, how we come to price,

how we come to location, all that. So if you're a business owner interested in this aspect of

business, or if you're somebody that's wondering what it's like to attend a retreat or like

why we love these so much. I think this

will be an interesting episode. I'm always curious how other people are doing things like this, but

I love retreats. They're one of my favorite parts about my job, just co-creating the whole space,

and it really is an art. So yeah, they're super fun. With that, we mentioned this in the episode,

but I do have a retreat

coming up soon. So our kind of main retreat of the year is going to be at the end of April,

April 25th through the 28th in Sedona, Arizona. We booked a beautiful house. There is a very

limited number of spots. Everyone's going to be staying at the house who attends.

I'm super excited.

The theme of this retreat is going to be about stepping into your power, your full power

in your mission.
