Which means that you have more negotiation power when buying or purchasing that house.

So you could get it under the actual listed price and negotiate that because there are

less buyers because the interest rates are up, which means you could get the house for less and then renegotiate or a refi out of your mortgage. At a different time. At a different time once or if the interest rates go down. So it's all a math problem at this point. Well, a lot of time you're going to have to do something, right?

I mean, so I don't think you're just stuck.

And a lot of people, they're like, I'll wait to the interest rates go down. But the problem is with that is once they go down, then the house buying is going to go up. And then it's going to go back to there's going to be multiple bits on houses. competition. And you may have to pay over the list price like we were experiencing a year ago.

You know, the market fluctuates up and down. So there could be an opportunity right now to get into your dream house and have and negotiate it down to value and then refi out of this higher interest rate later down the road. Got you got. Plus, you're living in the house that you want to for the next two years instead of waiting. Like I said, you got to do something. You can't just wait. I don't think waiting is in your best interest. If you want to move or are looking for that, buying or selling, like I said, Brian Zymol can help you with any mortgages.
