Well, it's a beautiful day. We've got lots to get to. We'll get to Governor Cuomo, threatening to shutdown businesses again. We'll get to Mayor de Blasio. He's sick today. We'll get to what the hell happened in Atlanta. President Trump, the rallies, lots to talk about. It's a beautiful day. It's officially summer. It begins on Saturday.

Joe Bartlett, would you agree the spring of 2020, probably the worst spring we've ever been through? It's been absolutely awful.

Awful. Not a great time. But we're reopening, maybe. Maybe. New Jersey, it's today that New Jersey goes to phase,

it's phase one, right, in New Jersey? Two. Oh, phase two. What the hell was phase one? What was

open for that? Take out? That was it. Yeah. So phase two begins today in New Jersey.

Outdoor dining is okay today.

You can go into stores today if they have an outside entrance.

So you can't go into the mall, but if the store has an outside entrance, you can go in.

So that's phase two.

Connecticut has been open for a few weeks now with outdoor dining. You can go in stores

and all of that. And Wednesday, Connecticut goes to their phase two, which is big. Movie

theaters reopen, gyms reopen. So everything is going to pretty much be reopened in Connecticut

on Wednesday. New York has had the most ridiculous,

preposterous. What are we in now? Is this phase one? New York City is still phase one, yes,

yes. What is phase one? Nothing is open. What's open? You can do takeout. Yeah.

You could, even bars are doing takeout now.

So, but the thing is, you have certain areas where there's bars all lined up in a row, you know, whole blocks of bars downtown in the village, East Village, East Side, Upper East Side, Upper West Side.

And what happens is people go into all those bars and get their takeout drinks and then they just hang out on the sidewalk. This has been going on

for over a month now where you could go to any of these areas and see a huge crowd just mingling

out on the sidewalks. Again, it's been going on for about, actually about five weeks.

Governor Cuomo apparently just found out about this Friday. I didn't know this was going on.

It's been going on for weeks, and there's been no spike, as he's reported, no spike. Not to mention protests of thousands of people crammed together, and in a protest, they're screaming, which
