First of all, let me say this, it can be incredibly frustrating if you are someone who wants to do

this work, who believes in the importance of engaging your story, and yet who can't seem to remember

very much about your own story. This can be so frustrating. Second, please know that there is

nothing wrong with you if you don't remember very much. Nothing. If you don't remember much,
