Do you feel or know someone who constantly feels condemned for not being good enough, doing things wrong, or making bad choices... AKA: constant shame towards ourselves. What a terrible cycle to be in!

I challenge you to get CURIOUS about what you're feeling, WITHOUT coming in agreement with it as our IDENTITY.

If satan can make you question who you are in Christ, he has caused deception in your heart. We start to become constantly aware of what we are doing wrong and why we aren't enough.

In order for you to be FREE you have to get HONEST. Offer up your feelings to the Lord instead of pretending they aren't there. I have found that journaling has made a HUGE impact on this for me personally and I believe it can for you, too!

0:47.5	with you. So today I wanted to talk about, I've noticed a theme the last couple days, weeks on
0:52.8	clients that I have coached, teammates that I have coached, this theme of condemnation.
0:59.1	What I mean by that?
1:00.3	Let's talk about that a little bit.
1:01.4	Like, I don't know if it's through our culture, church culture, family culture, like, what is being passed down where we like think that we are supposed to constantly feel guilt
1:11.4	and shame and condemnation you know what i mean like do you feel this or do you know somebody else's
1:17.4	felt this like this identity of i am not good enough i'll never be good enough i've done this wrong
1:26.1	it's always been this way in the past.
1:29.3	I, this wasn't meant for me. I'm not, I should feel I've made bad choices. I've tried this
1:35.4	before. It didn't work. Just this condom constant like condemnation, this constant like shame.
1:42.2	It's almost like we are wearing it like a badge of honor and i'm reminded
1:47.9	as i'm coaching these people and seeing this heartbreak and heartness and this like just
1:55.3	hardness towards themselves i'm reminded of this is the area of one of my biggest breakthroughs because of
