Hey guys, today I'm here with Anna Jones, she's the co-founder of Albright the mostly

women's private members club in London and you're about to also open up in

Hollywood aren't you?

That's right, we are.

Yeah.

Amazing. It's very exciting.

I'm so excited for you.

Can we just start with letting our listeners know just about Albright and what you guys stand for, what you guys do and what makes you different?

Sure, of course. So you are sitting in the first Albright Members Club, which is in Bloomsbury in London. We opened it almost a year ago on

International Women's Day so we're really excited because we've got our

anniversary coming up and we're going to have a whole week of exciting events and panel talks and things.

Basically we launched the club because we felt like there was nowhere that women could come together and network in a way that felt like organized

serendipity if you like. So I think one of the things that we, my co-founder and I spotted throughout our career and I'll talk to you a little bit about what my career was later maybe, was that women are traditionally fantastic at networking with their family and

friends groups and they're usually brilliant with their colleagues but they're

usually so often focused on the job in hand and keeping their head down and just getting on with things,

that they're not thinking about how to expand their network beyond their sector.
