The start of the school year is really a good time just as you're buying notebooks and pencils and backpacks to see where your child stands in terms of his or her accommodations for the new year.

Whether your child has an IEP under the Individuals for Disabilities Education Act

or your child has a 504 plan under what everybody calls

section 504 but is section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, your child got a written plan that sets out what he or she
