Welcome to the Bone Coach Show dedicated to helping you understand all things related to diet,

0:07.0

lifestyle, bone health, and how you can live and thrive with low bone density and osteoporosis.

0:12.2

I'm your host, Kevin Ellis, certified health coach, health and wellness speaker, and above all else,

0:17.4

your bone coach. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis in my early 30s, I transform my health

0:22.3

through diet and lifestyle and now help my clients and community members do the same through my

0:27.1

online coaching practice, bonecoach.com. Look, there are no quick and easy cures for low bone

health care team before making medical decisions and changes to your diet and lifestyle. With that

sleep because serotonin is needed to make the sleep hormone melatonin. And then you have more

1:17.2

serotonin receptors in your intestinal tract than you do in your brain. So that's why when

1:22.1

you get nervous, you get butterflies in your stomach. But when you get low in serotonin in your

1:27.1

gut, now you start to have issues with

1:28.6

the irritable bowel. So early on, I realized if I could get their serotonin level up and get them

1:33.9

going into deeper shorts of sleep, I was going to have some opportunity to have some success.

1:41.9

If you haven't done so already, especially if you're newly diagnosed with osteopinia or osteoporosis,
