1:18.6	Hello and welcome to the Friday edition of Battleground Ukraine with me Saul David and Patrick Bishop. Well, Ukraine has pulled off another spectacular this week with a second attack on the Kerch Bridge,
1:23.6	a prime target for both propaganda and practical reasons. Once again, Kyiv has demonstrated its skill and cunning and raised further questions about Russian competence,
1:33.3	leaving an already damaged Vladimir Putin looking more vulnerable still.
1:38.3	This, it would seem, will only intensify the unrest among senior Russian commanders who are pushing back against the Ministry of
1:44.5	Defence leadership resulting in numerous sacking and removals. We'll be looking at what all
1:49.6	this means for the future of the war. Well, the bridge success and the evidence of serious
1:55.3	splits in the army will be some compensation for the continuing slow progress on the battlefield. The Ukrainian
2:02.4	ground forces commander Alexander Siersky has made no secret recently of the fact that I'm
2:08.4	quoting here, our advances are not going as fast as we would like. And he says that in current
2:16.1	conditions, things are unlikely to speed up soon.
2:20.1	But said against that, Russian troops are being steadily degraded at the front.
