Hey True Crime Besties, welcome back to an all new episode of serialistly. Oh, Hey everybody welcome back to this week's highlights over here on serialously. It's me Annie, your true crime bestie, and we are

going through everything that has been going down in the true crime world this

week. We've got new cases. We've got updates in old cases. I mean, we've really got a little bit of it all.

So in today's episode, we're going to discuss not only the latest thing in everything going on in the true crime world,

but some updates and some of the really key cases that we've

been covering and doing some deep dives on. And then of course as I mentioned we've

got some new cases that made headlines this week that a lot of you have been asking for. So we'll be discussing

Charlotte Cina, Sherry Frankie, Tupac, Gypsy Rose Blanchard, and even Timothy Ferritter, who's also known as the Boy in the Box trial.

I did a deep dive on this case over on Tinta Life when it first broke like a year or two ago.

So if you want to watch that, I'll actually link it in the show notes but it's heinous to

say the least. So we've got a lot to talk about today so let's get right into it.

Starting with Charlotte Cina Charlotte is a nine-year-old girl whose recent terrifying

abduction while she was camping with her family in New York has made national

headlines. So many of you guys reached out asking me to cover it, but luckily in a very rare turn of events

that we don't often see in the true crime world by the time I was ready and had

gathered all the information to cover it she had luckily been found, found alive. So thank goodness for that. But around 6.15 PM on Saturday, September 30th,

Charlotte was seen riding her bike in the Morrow Lake State Park area.

Later on, when her parents went to look for her, she was nowhere to be found.

Her bike was found abandoned in the park about half an hour later and this initiated a massive search involving

multiple agencies including the FBI. They also delved into cell phone data to

see who was near the park when Charlotte disappeared, but they weren't having

any luck initially, which made this case kind of flip on its head and made everybody, of course, panic.
